Because of the need to improve security and performance with the Citrix Application system, we have upgraded the Citrix Web Interface, and will deliver it via the http://webapps.musc.edu URL.
The new web interface will have a slightly different look, as it now checks credentials on the switch, as opposed to the web interface server. The new site is much faster than the previous site, and allows us to implent more features. While the appearance has changed...
just login with your NetID login as you always have, and you will see that the main site is very much the same. Please note, that as one of the security measures, if the web interface times out, you will need to close the browser and and re-open it again in order to create a new session. Once your session is closed, there is no way to reconnect that particular session. (this only refers to the web interface session. Once an application has started, the Web Interface is no longer needed and can be closed).
